A Step in Time Dance Studio is pleased to have a special group of dancers that form their competitive dance companies. These companies attend conventions, perform at competitions and public events. These dancers put in a lot of extra time and effort, but the end result is well worth the sacrifice. The Studio feels these companies provide greater opportunity for the more serious dancer; along with increased performance opportunities and the invaluable lessons to be learned by working as part of a group / team.
Our teams are the Rising Stars, Shining Stars, The Company and Level 4 Jazz, Tap and Lyric/Contemporary
We also have a Tap Company and a competitive Clogging group.
Auditions are scheduled for July 30th and August 6th.
Complete details and requirements for 2011 - 2012 dance companies will be forthcoming.
It is our policy that you must have been a registered student the previous season, or summer in order to auditon for company. And you must take at least 4 ballet classes of an appropriate level over the summer.
